We process orders between Monday and Saturday. All orders will be processed within 2 hours and shipped out within the next 1-2 business days after the processing day.
Please note that we are closed on Sunday, all orders from Sunday will be processed the following week.

The approximate shipping time accords to each country:
United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia: under normal circumstances, you can expect your package to arrive in 7-15 business days.
Others: under normal circumstances, you can expect your package to arrive in 10-25 business days.
Important Update: We ship ALL orders from warehouses in different countries, to over 180+ countries. Please note that due to the current situation with COVID-19, minor delays are happening internationally. In rare cases, it may take up to 7-8 weeks for the package to arrive. However, please rest assured that most of the time your package will be delivered to you within the normal time frame as our staff on the front line continue to work diligently to process all orders.

Important Note: Once a package is picked up and scanned in by the carrier, the shipping and delivery status is no longer within our control; we are unable to replace missing or stolen packages. Please reach out directly to the carrier for missing or stolen packages.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy and safety of the shipping address provided. We will not be held liable for incorrectly entered shipping information or packages left, stolen or missing from an unreliable or unsafe shipping addresses.
Note that if the order was returned due to an incorrect address (please do not use PO BOX and include a physical address instead) or the package was unclaimed or refused, DailyTips™ has the right to charge for the product to be re-shipped.
Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise you on how and where your delivery can be collected or re-delivered.
Please note that customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes and brokerage fees that may be required by your respective local government. DailyTips™ cannot determine the exact amount of these fees in advance.
